I first met Lisa a few years ago after deciding I really wanted to lose weight and get healthier. I was so nervous about stepping into a gym having not been in one for over 15yrs!

Lisa made me feel at ease from day 1 telling me about her own inspirational journey to lose weight. Even when I find the sessions tough she motivates me to keep going and encourages me.

She is very knowledgeable in what she does and that shows through in her positivity and passion, which in turn gives confidence to her clients.

At times it’s not easy especially when you have personal issues to contend with but Lisa is still there to listen and support. Last year I walked to Rushen in the Parish walk (19 miles) which I’d never have been able to do if it wasn’t for Lisa as my PT giving me confidence to believe in myself and achieve my goals.

Before Christmas I saw a post on Facebook for a 6 week programme with Lisa Grant that would improve my well being and body confidence. 6 weeks after Christmas, I have lost weight, feel stronger and met new people. I can walk into a gym and spend an hour doing something good just for me and my health. I’ve gone from really struggling to find any diet and exercise plan that makes any difference at all to feeling back to the real me in a matter of weeks. Lisa has been amazing. Her classes are as tough as you need them to be but so good you have to go back for more.

The nutrition plan has been personalised for me and actually works. I’m feeling better than I have in a very long time and don’t plan to stop anytime soon.

If you’re looking for someone who works with you, encourages you and can help even the most reticent person feel comfortable in a busy gym, I would absolutely recommend Lisa.
